Marion Gottschalk, née Blatz, was born in Hanau in 1969. After completing her banking training, she studied economics and philosophy at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt. As the daughter of the founding couple Blatz, she was involved in the company from the very beginning. In 2009, she took over 25% of the shares and has been Managing Director since 2010. She is responsible for finance, human resources and organisation. She has been married to Eric Gottschalk since 1994.

Eric Gottschalk was born in Hanau in 1969. After his commercial training, he completed his military service. He then began studying at what is now the Technical University of Central Hesse (THM) in Giessen and graduated in 1993 with a degree in business administration (FH). His future father-in-law Wilhelm Blatz recruited Eric Gottschalk for Ille after his studies. Today he is Managing Director and is responsible for logistics and the foreign companies. Eric Gottschalk has been married to Marion Gottschalk since 1994.

Andreas Trostmann was born in Hanau in 1971. He completed his training as an industrial clerk at the internationally renowned major company Heraeus in Hanau. After completing his civilian service, he joined Ille in 1994 as an assistant to the founder Wilhelm Blatz. There he enjoyed an intensive induction programme in sales and also got to know all the commercial departments. In 2010, he was appointed Managing Director together with the 2nd generation. His main focus is on sales.
